Design Zone is a digital transformation leader authorized by Autodesk in the AEC industry. Our firm seeks to transform the analog world of design and
construction into a digital platform, enabling efficient design, industrialized construction, and a digital real estate service model. We are transforming the built
environment by capitalizing on digital twin technology, by using real-world data to create simulations that can predict how an assets or process will perform.
Our digital transformation services include BIM implementation & training, in addition to BIM consultation, computation-al BIM, virtual reality and augmented
reality, prefabrication, digital construction management, 4D, 5D BIM, and software development. We’ve worked on top prestigious projects in the kingdom, in
addition to the fact that we have succeeded in transforming various constructions companies’ systems from CAD to BIM. Moreover, we have worked as a BIM
consultant entity with our sister company Freyssinet SA for many projects such as; The Pavilion in King Salman Park, Art District, Cycling Bridge, Operational
and Maintenance building in addition to training cooperation with Prince Sultan University and others.
